{"id":4296,"date":"2019-06-04T12:01:02","date_gmt":"2019-06-04T10:01:02","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.fundacioires.org\/?p=4296"},"modified":"2019-06-07T13:41:30","modified_gmt":"2019-06-07T11:41:30","slug":"trobades-de-mares-i-treballadores-socials-al-casal-en-familia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.fundacioires.org\/ca\/trobades-de-mares-i-treballadores-socials-al-casal-en-familia\/","title":{"rendered":"Trobades de mares i treballadores socials al Casal en Fam\u00edlia"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El Casal en Fam\u00edlia ha iniciat unes trobades entre mares del casal i professionals dels Serveis Socials amb l\u2019objectiu d\u2019acostar-los recursos i avantatges del territori. <strong>La iniciativa \u00e9s fruit de l\u2019articulaci\u00f3 del treball en xarxa<\/strong>, mecanisme imprescindible per a l\u2019atenci\u00f3 integral a les fam\u00edlies. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Durant les trobades, les treballadores socials els parlen de temes generals com ara beques, ajudes, activitats d\u2019estiu, etc<\/strong>. Recursos que les fam\u00edlies tenen al seu abast per\u00f2 que, per desconeixement, no hi estan accedint. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aquesta iniciativa parteix de la dificultat que es crei un vincle positiu entre Serveis Socials i algunes fam\u00edlies. Es pot donar per diverses causes: els temps i espais d&#8217;acollida, al poc temps de dedicaci\u00f3 de qu\u00e8 es disposa, a la dificultat d&#8217;explicar a altres que no coneixes i amb qui no tens vincle la teva situaci\u00f3 de vulnerabilitat personal i familiar, a les limitacions de l&#8217;idioma, a diferents creences i models culturals\u2026 El vincle i la confian\u00e7a requereix de temps i d&#8217;un espai d&#8217;acollida i confian\u00e7a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019\u00e8xit d\u2019aquesta iniciativa rau, precisament, en el fet que <strong>al Casal aquestes mares s\u2019hi senten segures i vinculades<\/strong>, doncs \u00e9s un espai de confian\u00e7a on se senten protagonistes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les primeres impressions recollides s\u00f3n totes molt positives. D\u2019una banda, <strong>les treballadores socials valoren molt positivament poder acostar-se a aquestes fam\u00edlies a les que els costa fer seguiment<\/strong>.
