{"id":48795,"date":"2023-02-22T10:00:00","date_gmt":"2023-02-22T09:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.fundacioires.org\/?p=48795"},"modified":"2023-02-22T09:44:36","modified_gmt":"2023-02-22T08:44:36","slug":"dia-internacional-igualtat-salarial-cat","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.fundacioires.org\/ca\/dia-internacional-igualtat-salarial-cat\/","title":{"rendered":"La igualtat salarial de g\u00e8nere encara no \u00e9s una realitat"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Actualment, a tots els estats del m\u00f3n segueix donant-se una tend\u00e8ncia cap a la <strong>feminitzaci\u00f3 de la pobresa<\/strong>, terme que es va encunyar als anys 70 i que segueix totalment vigent en ple segle XXI, accentuat per les crisis econ\u00f2miques, contextos b\u00e8l\u00b7lics i moviments antifeministes creixents. Segons informes de l&#8217;ONU, hi ha aproximadament un 55% m\u00e9s dones que homes que pateixen els efectes nocius de la vulnerabilitat econ\u00f2mica en diferent grau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un dels elements que configuren aquesta greu injust\u00edcia \u00e9s la <strong>bretxa salarial de g\u00e8nere<\/strong>. A totes les regions del planeta, l<strong>es dones cobren de mitjana un 20% menys que els homes, exercint les mateixes funcions laborals <\/strong>o en un perfil molt similar. Dada que varia segons l&#8217;estat, el sector o la categoria professional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>La bretxa salarial de g\u00e8nere \u00e9s la difer\u00e8ncia entre el salari que perceben els homes i les dones, i \u00e9s majorit\u00e0riament inferior en el cas de les dones i en els sectors laborals m\u00e9s feminitzats, com \u00e9s l&#8217;\u00e0mbit de la sanitat, on la bretxa \u00e9s del 24 % (OMS).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A les darreres d\u00e8cades, s&#8217;han produ\u00eft alguns aven\u00e7os cap a la igualtat de g\u00e8nere. Tot i aix\u00f2, segons dades del F\u00f2rum Econ\u00f2mic Mundial,<strong> no ser\u00e0 fins a l&#8217;any 2186 que s&#8217;aconsegueixi la igualtat salarial real entre dones i homes<\/strong>. Cosa que podria aconseguir-se en un temps inferior si es produeixen els canvis estructurals necessaris a la nostra societat: la incorporaci\u00f3 de pol\u00edtiques p\u00fabliques i empresarials transformadores juntament amb un canvi real de valors i actituds a la poblaci\u00f3 per a la desconstrucci\u00f3 del patriarcat. Espanya ocupa el lloc 17 en igualtat salarial (Informe F\u00f2rum Econ\u00f2mic Mundial, 2022). Va ser a partir del 2019 que es va comen\u00e7ar a apreciar un debilitament de la bretxa, sent encara insuficient, per la qual cosa no hem de perdre de vista l&#8217;objectiu de la igualtat de g\u00e8nere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"background-color:#ead5ff\"><strong>Per\u00f2 per qu\u00e8 passa?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La bretxa salarial de g\u00e8nere \u00e9s un fenomen causat per m\u00faltiples factors interrelacionats, m\u00e9s o menys visibles: <strong>discriminaci\u00f3, jornades<\/strong> parcials, difer\u00e8ncies en <strong>els complements salarials, infravaloraci\u00f3<\/strong> de les capacitats de les dones,<strong> segregaci\u00f3 horitzontal i vertical <\/strong>de g\u00e8nere,<strong> estereotips i rols<\/strong> de g\u00e8nere, problemes lligats a la <strong>conciliaci\u00f3<\/strong> i la <strong>corresponsabilitat<\/strong>, <strong>assetjament<\/strong> sexual, la <strong>discriminaci\u00f3 m\u00faltiple<\/strong> i altres causes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"background-color:#ead5ff\"><strong>I qu\u00e8 podem fer per resoldre&#8217;l?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Els Objectius de Desenvolupament Sostenible (ODS) assenyalen la necessitat de promoure millors condicions laborals, atorgant les mateixes oportunitats a totes les persones. <strong>Aquestes accions de resposta han de partir de diferents agents de la societat: governs, legislaci\u00f3, associacions, organitzacions i ciutadania<\/strong>. Recordem que estem davant d&#8217;un problema social complex, on la bretxa salarial de g\u00e8nere n&#8217;\u00e9s una de les moltes conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Universalitzar l&#8217;educaci\u00f3 de 0 a 3 anys, igualar els permisos de paternitat\/maternitat, mesures destinades a la flexibilitat de l&#8217;ocupaci\u00f3, processos de promoci\u00f3 i selecci\u00f3 no discriminatoris, corregir la infrarepresentaci\u00f3 de dones en llocs de lideratge, etc. <strong>S\u00f3n bones pol\u00edtiques a favor de la igualtat de condicions i oportunitats a l&#8217;\u00e0mbit laboral<\/strong>, per\u00f2 no s\u00f3n suficients sense la contribuci\u00f3 de tots\/es. \u00c9s aqu\u00ed on cada ciutad\u00e0 s&#8217;ha d&#8217;aturar i reflexionar: quin \u00e9s el meu paper real? Cal fer esment que les reduccions volunt\u00e0ries de jornada s\u00f3n majorit\u00e0riament femenines (75% s\u00f3n dones) i estan relacionades amb la cura de persones dependents o obligacions familiars. Una mostra m\u00e9s de com <strong>l&#8217;abs\u00e8ncia de corresponsabilitat masculina deriva en desigualtat i en una vulneraci\u00f3 sistem\u00e0tica greu dels drets de les dones<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Per a la Fundaci\u00f3 IRES, la igualtat de g\u00e8nere \u00e9s un dels principis estrat\u00e8gics de la pol\u00edtica corporativa, per la qual cosa des de l&#8217;entitat es vetlla per la igualtat d&#8217;oportunitats entre tot el personal laboral. Segons enquestes realitzades, <strong>el 85% de les persone<\/strong>s que formen part de la Fundaci\u00f3 IRES creuen que els homes i les dones cobren igual pel mateix lloc de treball dins de l&#8217;equip de la fundaci\u00f3. En el diagn\u00f2stic realitzat dins del Pla d&#8217;Igualtat (2020-2024), l&#8217;an\u00e0lisi de la mitjana de retribucions total anual de dones i homes amb dades generals indica una difer\u00e8ncia entre els homes i les dones de 250,60\u20ac. Aix\u00f2 suposa una bretxa salarial del 1,29%, una bretxa molt inferior al total estatal i del sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La igualtat entre totes les persones \u00e9s un principi b\u00e0sic i fonamental, que es recull expl\u00edcitament en totes les accions del nostre <strong>Pla d&#8217;Igualtat<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-layout-flex
