Tamb\u00e9 hi &nbsp;passen una gran part del dia, per tant<strong>, l\u2019entorn escolar contribueix a la construcci\u00f3 de la seva personalitat i autoimatge<\/strong>. \u00c9s per aix\u00f2 que <strong>cal ajudar<\/strong> als <strong>infants acollits<\/strong> per a qu\u00e8 <strong>la seva integraci\u00f3<\/strong> en l\u2019\u00e0mbit escolar <strong>en l\u2019inici de l\u2019acolliment, sigui una experi\u00e8ncia satisfact\u00f2ria.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si donem una ullada a la realitat actual, els equips educatius es plantegen, cada cop m\u00e9s intensament, la creaci\u00f3 d\u2019espais confortables a les aules, la vinculaci\u00f3 afectiva entre alumne\/a i mestre\/a, aix\u00ed com donar un car\u00e0cter molt m\u00e9s integrador a la relaci\u00f3 escola-fam\u00edlia. L\u2019objectiu&nbsp; d\u2019aquesta nova mirada \u00e9s que l\u2019escola s\u2019adapti a les necessitats i benestar dels infants, acollits o no, i que, per tant, es promoguin situacions d\u2019aprenentatges de forma natural i a la mida de cadasc\u00fa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Malauradament, sovint <strong>la realitat dels infants acollits \u00e9s poc coneguda a la societat en general i per tant, tamb\u00e9 pels docents<\/strong> i cal tenir presents algunes particularitats importants en el moment de l\u2019inici de l\u2019acolliment quan l\u2019infant s\u2019ha d\u2019integrar a l\u2019escola.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Els infants acollits <strong>sovint provenen de situacions familiars de vulnerabilitat<\/strong> que han generat alguna o v\u00e0ries d&#8217;aquestes circumst\u00e0ncies:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Absentisme escolar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manca d&#8217;estimulaci\u00f3<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Canvis de centres escolars<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Estr\u00e8s i patiment emocional amb la conseg\u00fcent dificultat per adquirir aprenentatges<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9s per aix\u00f2 que un bon nombre d\u2019aquests infants poden presentar un cert endarreriment en l&#8217;assoliment dels continguts acad\u00e8mics, i aix\u00f2 generar-los alhora una baixa autoestima, frustraci\u00f3 i manifestaci\u00f3 d&#8217;aquests sentiments a trav\u00e9s de la conducta a l&#8217;aula.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sovint ens preguntem, com podem contribuir al fet que la seva experi\u00e8ncia escolar sigui exitosa? Com podem acompanyar-los emocionalment perqu\u00e8 puguin integrar-se a l\u2019escola un cop iniciat l\u2019acolliment?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Des de l\u2019equip t\u00e8cnic d\u2019acolliments de la Fundaci\u00f3 IRES, compartim amb vosaltres unes orientacions extretes de la reflexi\u00f3, fruit de l\u2019experi\u00e8ncia en l\u2019acompanyament d\u2019infants en acolliment en fam\u00edlia aliena.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-content-justification-center is-layout-flex wp-container-core-buttons-is-layout-16018d1d wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button is-style-fill\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link has-background wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/www.fundacioires.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/Infografia-Acolliments_v1_DEF-1.pdf\" style=\"background-color:#1cab8b\">Consulta la infografia<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Orientacions per a fam\u00edlies i professionals per una bona adaptaci\u00f3 a l\u2019escola<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Abans d\u2019escollir centre educatiu:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\">\n<li><strong>Constru\u00efm una fam\u00edlia<\/strong>: primer cal que l\u2019infant&nbsp; conegui i confi\u00ef&nbsp; en la fam\u00edlia acollidora per a introduir altres figures amb les quals poder confiar i aprendre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>No cal tenir pressa<\/strong>: conv\u00e9 aprofitar el perm\u00eds de maternitat\/paternitat per part de les fam\u00edlies acollidores. A m\u00e9s, a l\u2019escola es pot fer una adaptaci\u00f3 progressiva durant el perm\u00eds, sobretot si el canvi ens agafa a mig curs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Triar l\u2019escola<\/strong>: coneixent l\u2019infant es podr\u00e0 saber quin tipus d\u2019escola li conv\u00e9 segons el projecte educatiu, l\u2019atenci\u00f3 a la diversitat, l\u2019experi\u00e8ncia de l\u2019equip en casos similars, etc.<br><br>Un cop l&#8217;hem escollit<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Preparar l\u2019entrada a l\u2019escola<\/strong>: anticipem, visitem l\u2019escola, acordem com ens referirem davant de tercers i coneixem els i les mestres referents.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Verificar el curs adequat<\/strong>: de vegades ja s\u2019anticipa que l\u2019infant haur\u00e0 de repetir curs perqu\u00e8 ha tingut moltes dificultats per assolir els continguts o molt absentisme. En coordinaci\u00f3 entre els serveis, l\u2019escola i la fam\u00edlia podem estalviar a l\u2019infant que en q\u00fcesti\u00f3 de mesos faci dos canvis de grup seguits.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Facilitar l\u2019adaptaci\u00f3 progressiva<\/strong>: una adaptaci\u00f3 progressiva en dates i espais que no suposin una angoixa per a l\u2019infant (que no pateixi pels continguts) facilitar\u00e0 que es pugui concentrar en establir relacions socials amb els iguals i els i les tutores d\u2019una forma m\u00e9s relaxada.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Fomentar el vincle<\/strong>: prioritzem l\u2019adaptaci\u00f3 a l\u2019aula per sobre els continguts. Primer cal que l\u2019infant se senti at\u00e8s per la\/el tutor\/a i se senti segur, per tal que pugui expressar despr\u00e9s les seves mancances, inseguretats o angoixes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Compte amb les expectatives!<\/strong> Cal que les fam\u00edlies d\u2019acollida i els i les mestres revisin les mateixes expectatives com per exemple, que r\u00e0pidament, al conviure en fam\u00edlia, l\u2019infant pugui assolir un nivell d\u2019aprenentatges alt.<br><br>Durant el curs: <br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Comunicaci\u00f3 fluida entre l\u2019escola i la fam\u00edlia<\/strong>: \u00e9s important que els i les mestres no esperin a les reunions formals per transmetre les dificultats amb l\u2019infant a l\u2019aula, s\u2019ha de poder treballar des de la prevenci\u00f3 en el cas que hi hagin &nbsp;dificultats, aix\u00ed com integrar en la comunicaci\u00f3 als equips que poden ajudar en el dia a dia (equip d\u2019assessorament i orientaci\u00f3 psicopedag\u00f2gic, equip de seguiment de l\u2019acolliment,&#8230;).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Tenir present la diversitat familiar<\/strong>: per l\u2019infant acollit \u00e9s primordial poder integrar la seva situaci\u00f3 familiar de forma natural en els entorns on se socialitza, i a l\u2019escola com un dels principals.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Les fam\u00edlies i els\/les educadors\/es anhelem que els infants vagin contents i feli\u00e7os a les escoles, esperem que aquestes orientacions ens ajudin a fer-ho possible!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A la Fundaci\u00f3 IRES, acompanyem fam\u00edlies d\u2019acollida per a infants que han estat retirats del seu nucli familiar, oferint orientaci\u00f3 emocional i educativa durant el temps de conviv\u00e8ncia. \u00c9s un
