En aquesta societat de la immediatesa, les hores de feina, trajectes, obligacions, compromisos, extraescolars&#8230; <strong>sovint \u00e9s dif\u00edcil trobar espais per parar i connectar<\/strong> amb nosaltres mateixos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Per aix\u00f2 us volem proposar un <strong>llistat amb activitats per l\u2019autocura<\/strong>, per animar-vos a parar una mica en el frenes\u00ed del dia a dia. Les podeu fer individualment o incl\u00fas compartir en fam\u00edlia i amb els infants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gr\u00e0cies per la vostra dedicaci\u00f3, cuideu-vos que us ho mereixeu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Bany de sol. <\/strong>\u00c9s a dir, sortir a qu\u00e8 us toqui el sol entre 5 i 15 minuts. Tancar els ulls, i deixar que la seva escalfor i llum us abracin. Est\u00e0 demostrat que ajuda al sistema immunitari i sobretot millora l\u2019\u00e0nim.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>La can\u00e7\u00f3 del dia<\/strong>. Poseu-vos aquella can\u00e7\u00f3 que tant us agrada, la que us anima a cantar i ballar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ritual de benestar:<\/strong>&nbsp;Si teniu alguna crema de cara o cos la podeu fer servir amb un petit massatge, o fer-vos una dutxa amb aquell sab\u00f3 especial que fa tan bona olor, o fer-vos un massatge als peus&#8230; alguna cosa que us faci gaudir consentir la vostra pell.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Petits \u00e8xits<\/strong>. Pensar en cinc \u00e8xits que hagis tingut durant el dia. Sovint ens centrem en aquelles coses en les quals fallem i ens oblidem de valorar tot all\u00f2 que s\u00ed que funciona, all\u00e0 on s\u00ed que arribem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>La calma de l\u2019art<\/strong>. Dibuixa o fes uns gargots, pinta un mandala o el que et vingui de gust per\u00f2 preneu-vos un descans i gaudiu del moment. Quant fa que no deixes volar la teva imaginaci\u00f3? Pot ser en el tovall\u00f3 d\u2019un bar, amb els infants&#8230;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Agra\u00efment. <\/strong>Pensa en 5 coses o persones per les quals sents agra\u00efment. Si et surt pots escriure o parlat amb alguna d\u2019aquestes persones i dir-li com et sents. Segur que li treus un somriure o alguna ll\u00e0grima, ja que no estem acostumats a parlar de les nostres emocions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Estiraments. <\/strong>Feu alguns estiraments d\u2019aquelles zones que us solen molestar m\u00e9s, cervicals, lumbars, genolls&#8230; segur que per internet trobeu moltes propostes per seguir.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>El que tinc.<\/strong> Penseu en les vostres aptituds, valors i fortaleses i poseu-les per escrit per despr\u00e9s llegir-les en veu alta. Incl\u00fas les podeu dir davant del mirall. Amb els infants podeu fer el mateix i que ells tamb\u00e9 es diguin al mirall aquelles coses positives que es veuen. Alguns exemples serien: soc \u00fanic, soc valenta, soc intel\u00b7ligent, soc estimat, soc feli\u00e7&#8230;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Noves receptes.<\/strong> Convertir-vos en chefs per un dia i busqueu alguna recepta que no h\u00e0giu fet mai. Podeu fer-ho en fam\u00edlia i gaudir tots d\u2019aquest repte.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Desconnectar per connectar. <\/strong>Apagueu el m\u00f2bil o poseu-lo en mode avi\u00f3 durant una estona, pot ser unes hores abans d\u2019anar a dormir. Podeu aprofitar aquest moment per jugar amb els infants sense estar pendents de res m\u00e9s, o llegiu un llibre o tingueu una conversa sense interrupcions&#8230;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Abracem.<\/strong> Feu abra\u00e7ades, a qui vulgueu i tantes vegades com vulgueu. Est\u00e0 demostrat que abra\u00e7ar redueix l\u2019estr\u00e8s i l\u2019ansietat, milloren l\u2019autoestima i les relacions, redueixen el dolor, milloren el cicle de la son, enforteixen el sistema immune, redueixen el risc card\u00edac i regulen el sistema nervi\u00f3s. La Virginia Satir (terapeuta familiar), assegura que <strong>es necessiten quatre abra\u00e7ades al dia per sobreviure<\/strong>, vuit per mantenir-se i dotze pel creixement personal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Penso en tu.<\/strong> Truqueu o incl\u00fas aneu a veure a aquell familiar, amistat, ve\u00ed que fa temps que tens pendent. Aprofita aquesta trobada o trucada per practicar l\u2019escolta activa, \u00e9s a dir, amb plena consci\u00e8ncia i amb inter\u00e8s pel qual l\u2019altra persona explica. Sense estar pendent de res m\u00e9s, sense interrompre, sense m\u00f2bil&#8230;simplement gaudint de la conversa. La persona ho nota i es genera un clima meravell\u00f3s. Podeu anar practicant aquest tipus d\u2019escolta en m\u00e9s moments del vostre dia.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sortida en fam\u00edlia.<\/strong> Planifiqueu alguna activitat per compartir en fam\u00edlia, anar un museu, a un concert, d\u2019excursi\u00f3&#8230;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Risoter\u00e0pia. <\/strong>Tenir un espai de riures conjunt. A internet hi ha algunes propostes per\u00f2 no cal que les seguiu, podeu fer pessigolles al sof\u00e0, explicar alguna an\u00e8cdota divertida, fer&#8230; o el que sigui que us faci riure. La rialla \u00e9s una eina molt potent per fomentar el bon humor (sentir-nos estimats i acompanyats), la comunicaci\u00f3 (deixar sortir les nostres emocions) i estar el present, gaudint del moment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Notetes amagades. <\/strong>Escriviu alguna nota bonica i poseu-la a l\u2019entrep\u00e0 de l\u2019escola del vostre fill\/a, a la carmanyola de la vostra parella o incl\u00fas a la vostra. En alguna cosa que utilitzeu durant el dia per trobar-la. Ser\u00e0 una petita sorpresa per animar a superar el dia o fer-vos sentir especials.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Temps de parella. <\/strong>Si teniu parella, regaleu-vos un moment. No cal que sigui per fer una gran cosa (o si) per\u00f2 doneu-vos una estona de conversa que no sigui centrada en la crian\u00e7a o la log\u00edstica del dia a dia, mireu-vos als ulls, quedeu-vos abra\u00e7ats al sof\u00e0&#8230; En cas de no tenir parella pots fer alguna cosa per tu i que et faci sentir b\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Posar ordre. <\/strong>Posar ordre en aquell calaix o armari que sempre veus ple i mai tens temps de revisar. Escull alguna cosa i endavant! Netejar, tirar\/donar, fer espai&#8230;\u00e9s alliberador. Moltes vegades l\u2019exterior reflexa com est\u00e0 el nostre interior.
